What platform are you using for that @emilialeon ?
We Want to Know... How Are You Using AI Today?!
I started using it for review responses! Itās helpful for review responses that are a little different from the norm or if thereās an unusual comment from the customer.
We recently implemented AI technology in our call center and are working on a chat bot for on our websites. Our marketing team has been using it to help with blog rewrites, social captions, eblast copy, and I even recently asked it to generate a media list for a local PR for one of our facilities. Iāve found the copy needs refined, but itās a great starting place, especially when you hit writerās block or need some inspiration.
AI is alive and well here we use it for our prospect tracking as well as revenue management. Its a lot but I am finding my way. I may actually start to enjoy it!!! LOL!!!
We have chatbots on all of our marketing websites, but we just recently started using Email and Text Bots to help nurture leads as well as ChatGPT to assist with page narratives as well!
Weāve recently tapped into OpenAIās API to use the text summarisation feature. This has saved a heap of time processing free text survey responses as well as answering those questions I am sure we all receive: āCould you send me a high level summary of the feedback from x locationā?
The output still needs a bit of human review and tweaking but has saved me hours of work.
I love the media list approach @paige.weary great idea!!! I also came across a chat GPT ācheat sheetā if you will with best practices on how to phrase what you want to ask it to pop out - Iāll send it your way! Great ideas here
Completely agree @michael.scarfe - seems like the common sentiment is that the time it saves is what keeps us all coming back for more. I use it all the time, it still needs that human review though but I think we are definitely on the right path to uncovering larger data results in a fraction of the time!
Having a chatbot on our communication platforms
We arenāt using AI, but as AI is becoming a more popular business tool, I see us using it in the future.
We have not yet implemented AI
We had incorporated a less intelligent form of AI in both Facebook & GMB with bots that would answer FAQās. Currently, one of our Reputation platforms is providing AI as an option to respond to those sticky reviews, after they have been researched and confirm the story. AI creates a response, and it can be tweaked and not used. Sometimes when I am responding to a lot of reviews, it is hard to come up with original responses, AI is helping to tackle this instances.
I must admit, I was not on the AI train. But, everyday I discover more benefits especially within our Revenue Management. Iām open to learn and I am almost sure, the more I use and implement AI into my daily process, it will become easy breezy. Short answer, I am adjusting. LOL!
We have been utilizing AI more and more it seems, & I feel itās been great! Residents are immediately notified when work orders are complete & surveys are sent out a few times during their tenancy. As a new prospect emailing or texting, you receive an automated response acknowledging your inquiry has been delivered. I think itās great for both sides of our property management.
We are starting to utilize AI more for review responses and are looking at how we can utilize more to assist in patient acquisition and phone call volume.
This is so great @aurora.castilla I love that there is an option to use the review, or edit as you see fit or to match the brandās tone of voice!!!
Weāre in the process of implementing AI chat as a layer before reaching our CS Agents. At least half of our queries are straightforward enough to be handled by the AI, and research indicates that the customer is more and more comfortable with AI provided they get a response/solution quickly and efficiently. And naturally as the pressure on our agents decreases, CSAT at human touch points will increase - or at least that is our assumption for now!
We are using AI to help mine our data and make business decisions based on previous performance.
We arenāt using AI at this point but I see it coming soon
